- Authorities such as MCGM, MHADA, MMRDA and Collector etc. for various approvals /remarks/ NOCs etc.

- Maintaining Repo with Government/ Semi Government Officials.

- Handling Redevelopment projects under D.C. Regn.

- Working on feasibility report of the proposals.

- Well versed with D.C. Regulations.

- Site visits.
