Associate / Senior Associate Research & Advisory Services (Urban Planning)

Location: Andheri, Mumbai,

Responsibilities:

- Have skills in market demand assessment, product assessment, and assessment of future market size.

- Competition identification, on-site data collection, questionnaires preparation, and analysis

- Product Development and competition analysis along with Architectural design evaluation.

- Preparation of development strategy, phase plan

- Accountable for report writing, quality service & timely completion of projects.

- Assist team members with creating presentations for pitches on consulting services, proposals, time, and fee estimates, etc.

- A self-motivated team player with strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skill

Requirements:

- Educational Qualifications: Master's in urban planning / MBA/ B. Arch

- Experience :0-3 years of experience.

- Real estate experience shall be preferred
