Job Description of the Role :
- Understand business requirements and deliver report as per requirement from time to time
- Ability to manage the reporting requirements of Business by translating the actual requirements to internal teams and convert them into meaningful report, Ensure delivery of error free report as per committed timeline to stakeholders.
- Provide data cuts and analytic support to Senior Management.
- Support various requirements of Business Teams and Product Teams
- Provide necessary support to key Process Reviews from time to time.
- Ability to look into the existing process and suggest process enhancement
- Ability to create Own and manage existing data marts and ability to suggest additional variables and measures in improvising the (Existing) data mart, ability to create new data mart independently basis the business requirements and changes which shall flow from time to time.
Key skill sets required are as follows :
- Understanding of banking systems
- Strong grasping power on customer requirements which may flow from senior management, business team, process teams, internal stakeholders like reporting teams etc.
- Strong knowledge of Sybase (SQL), ability to write query independently,
- Knowledge on R would be preferred as an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of SAS application and ability to do coding for building reports
- Good written and verbal communication, Presentation skills shall be an additional advantage.
- Ability to articulate the business problem and convert the business problems into business solutions from time to time.
- Ability to interact with key stakeholders and with significantly senior management of the Bank.
- Knowledge of Modelling techniques and methods
- Basic techniques like Logistic regression, Co-relation, Anova, Arima modelling etc would be required.
- Ability to lead team a team and collaborate with the rest of the business team and internal teams.
