- Partner with the founders and leadership team to identify and assess potential new business ventures aligned with LH2 Holdings' overall vision.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies for new ventures.
- Develop and refine business plans for promising ventures, including financial projections, marketing strategies, and operational models.
- Assist with prototyping, testing, and refining new product or service concepts.
- Source and secure funding for promising new ventures (may or may not be applicable).
- Manage and track key metrics to measure the progress and success of new ventures.
- Identify and leverage resources within LH2 Holdings to support the growth of new ventures.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including investors, partners, and potential customers.
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to take calculated risks.
Qualifications:
- 2-7 years of experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.
- Proven track record of identifying and evaluating business opportunities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a passion for innovation.
- Experience with business plan development, financial modeling, and market research is a plus.
- Understanding of various funding mechanisms for startups (e.g., angel investors, venture capital) is a plus.
