Job Title: Product Owner

Position Type: Permanent

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 5 -12 years

Summary:

Key Player in Managing and Driving Business Features working closely with Business Owners and Development Team in a fast moving Agile Environment by delivering products with Speed and Quality

Role and Responsibilities:

- Take the accountability and work very closely with the Business Owners and Development team.

- Define the requirements in every granular details to be consumed by the Development Organization

- Clear ongoing Road Blocks for the development teams

- Work with multiple business stakeholders and manage their pipeline of works

- Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities

- Identify Initiatives and breakdown into features, stories

- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy

- Provide vision and direction to the agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project.

- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product

- Be an active participant in the daily agile scrum calls

- Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on

- Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories

- Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities

- Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals

- Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product

- Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends

- Provide Product Demo- s, Presentations to the Management and Business Consumers

Qualifications:

- Previous working experience as a Product Manager / Owner for 8+ years within the technical product development organizations.

- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills

- Must have worked in an Agile environment with a deep understanding of the Agile Culture

- MBA with technical background and experience (B.E., B Tech, MCA)

- In-depth knowledge of Agile Methodologies, SAFE Frameworks

- Knowledge on DevOps / SDLC Automation

- Must have used the Agile Management Tools for Requirements like JIRA, Rally

- Product Manager / Product Owner Certifications would be plus

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

- Creative thinker with a vision

- Attention to details
