About the Role
As a tech-based student admissions platform, data plays a key role in our daily business decisions. Real-time engagement with the students along their customer journey with us (leads to admissions) throws up a large combination of data points which we analyze to produce actionable insights on a daily basis. As a Data Analytics Associate, you will be working closely with the Business team and come up with strategies for the smooth running of business processes.
You'll work closely with top school graduates, ex-McKinsey, BCG, Deloitte, EY, Byju's, Paytm employees to establish, nurture, and grow business across categories & territories. What you will do
- Execute and maintain processes across technology platforms such as CRMs, telephony providers, marketing automation tools, and other in-house workflows that will drive smooth operations across Sales, Servicing, and Marketing teams
- Build automation across CRMs to enable effective lead management from marketing campaigns, and smooth internal/external query management
- Run daily/weekly/monthly MIS for the team and ensure that all processes are running smoothly
- Track efficiency of sales and marketing teams
What you will need
- 1-2 years of experience
- Should be good with MS-Excel and Google spreadsheets; prior MIS experience is preferable
- The preferred background will be E-Commerce, Telecom, BFSI, FMCG, etc
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and ownership mindset
