We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager with a proven track record of 3-4 years in effectively managing affiliates and optimizing performance through various channels. What you will do : - Develop and execute strategies to recruit and onboard new affiliates. - Nurture and maintain relationships with existing affiliates to maximize performance. - Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, and identify areas for improvement. - Implement initiatives to drive affiliate engagement and revenue growth. - Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and devise strategies to enhance overall program performance. - Provide insights and recommendations to enhance affiliate marketing effectiveness. - Effectively communicate program objectives, policies, and updates to affiliates. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align affiliate strategies with overall marketing objectives. - Generate regular reports on affiliate performance and key metrics. - Utilize data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. - Ensure affiliates adhere to program terms and conditions. - Implement quality assurance measures to maintain program integrity. What you will need : - Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager with 3-4 years of relevant industry experience. - In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing strategies and best practices. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
