Strategic HR Business Partner - Growth Startup
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor, partnering with leadership to develop and implement end-to-end HR solutions that support Level AI's rapid growth and ambitious goals.
- Play a pivotal role in executing global people initiatives, ensuring alignment with Level AI's unique culture and strategic business objectives.
- Champion People technology, maintaining data integrity, leveraging HR analytics to drive informed decision-making across the organization.
- Provide comprehensive operational support, implementing innovative solutions to cultivate a stellar employee experience at Level AI.
- Develop and refine efficient people processes, encompassing talent reviews, compliance measures, and other practices that reflect Level AI's vibrant culture.
- Function as a strategic business partner, offering insightful consultative advice to senior leaders on complex HR issues and challenges.
- Approach challenges with a "GRIT" mentality, fostering alignment between business needs, talent acquisition, and overall organizational strategies.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to optimize all aspects of business processes, from talent forecasting to global compliance initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of extensive HR Operations experience within high-growth startups or tech companies, with a solid grasp of HR systems, compensation & benefits, process optimization, and compliance.
- Demonstrated global proficiency in organization design, compensation & benefits practices, and their application in a global context.
- Exceptional influencing skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across all levels of the organization, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proactive decision-maker with a strong moral compass, adept at providing insightful HR consultation to senior leadership.
- Proven track record of building, scaling, and optimizing people programs, implementing and evaluating HR systems and tools.
- Strong project management skills with a sense of urgency, an analytical mindset, and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information while working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Demonstrated experience with Compensation/Merit Cycle systems.
- Experience operating in lean HR teams, adept at wearing multiple hats and taking a hands-on approach.
