Key Responsibilities:
- Champion operational excellence for GTM teams by developing, implementing, and monitoring effective processes to ensure clear visibility into goals and progress.
- Proactively identify and address obstacles that impede GTM success, acting as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Lead key projects within the GTM technology stack, focusing on maximizing the value and utilization of Salesforce, Outreach, Hubspot, Clari, LeanData, RevOps.io, and Gong.
- Thrive in a versatile role, actively contributing to broader initiatives such as Deal Desk, Sales Enablement, Commissions, and GTM planning activities.
- Foster a culture of strategic partnership by collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance on GTM processes and ongoing stack management.
- Leverage your data analysis skills to manage GTM reporting and translate insights into actionable data-driven business decisions that propel growth.
- Unify the GTM technology stack to ensure accurate reporting for establishing sales targets, quotas, incentive structures, and well-defined commission plans.
- Take ownership of platform management, administering and troubleshooting the GTM tech stack to guarantee accurate data access for all teams.
- Maintain the integrity of data throughout the lead lifecycle, prioritizing data accuracy, hygiene, and enrichment to optimize lead nurturing and conversion.
- Oversee SLA lead governance, focusing on meticulous lead attribution analysis to identify marketing campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 4-5+ years of experience in Sales or Revenue Operations, preferably within a SaaS or B2B software company.
- Proven track record of supporting and enabling enterprise-wide sales enablement programs, particularly adept in remote work environments.
- Strong technical proficiency with spreadsheets, presentations, and proficiency in Google Workspace applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills to effectively convey complex information and drive team alignment.
- Deep understanding and expertise with GTM tools
