Job description :

- Manage Production activities on shop floor

- co-ordinate with cross functional team for daily requirements of production activities

- Manpower and shift planning

- Ensure maximum machine uptime and productivity

- Look of different cost reduction opportunities by optimizing processes

- Training & Skill matrix update for shop floor employees

- Monitoring, controlling and improving production process.

- Assurance of product quality.

- Monitoring and ensuring efficient operation of machines.

- Assurance of safety regulations observance.

- Monitoring general discipline and order in the production.

- Supporting employees by prototype production.

- Able to get maximum production with min scrap and best upkeep of tools & tooling .

- Preparation of shift plans to assure sufficient personnel.

- Kaizen Production System Awareness.

- 5S Implementation , TPM.

- Support & Coordinate for Customer Audit, ISO Audit, Financial Audit, etc.
