Our AI & ML enabled lending solutions have revolutionized several lending functions like consumer durable finance, Two-wheeler finance, home loan, LAP, MSME lending, supply chain finance, and co-lending.
We are at a very exciting infliction point, where we are looking to expand in India as well as internationally. We are also looking to create additional product lines to service the BFSI markets.
Role Purpose:
We're looking for someone to join us on our exciting scale up journey and be a part of something special. Someone who will be comfortable in ambiguous situations and will be able to navigate the evolving FinTech environment.
Responsibilities:
- Uses best practices and knowledge to provide professional insight into program design through knowledge of programs, regulations and/or external environment factors (competitiveness and trends); and provides program oversight to program operations
- Works independently with minimal guidance and acts as a compensation/benefits resource to solve complex problems or problems where precedent may not exist.
- May lead projects or project steps within compensation & benefit projects or have accountability for ongoing activities or objectives.
- Assesses program competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with strategy.
- Ensure compensation related programs are compliant with various related compensation labor laws and regulations
- Challenge the status quo and find innovative solutions to existing processes while understanding the intricacy of each market
- Management of day-to-day Total Rewards Operations
- Maintain compensation data integrity in HRIS
- Experience project managing or significantly contributing to the development, localization and implementation of total rewards programs, projects or initiative
Experience and background:
- 5-8 years of experience, in Total Rewards function, with primary deliverables in Compensation Management
- Administration Strong Analytical skills, an ability to conduct detailed data analysis and identify issues and trends
- High Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets to support Data Analysis
- High Attention to Detail
- Business Acumen, an ability to understand business needs
- Excellent communication skills, and ability to work with stakeholders at different levels
- Problem Solving, and an ability to work under tight deadlines Self-motivated and confident Flexible - able to adapt to rapidly changing situations
- Able to work independently and be a team player
