Job description- Performance Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Monitor key marketing performance metrics, including social ,website & app engagement.
- Identify and search for new opportunities for our company's online presence expansion.
- Develop marketing strategies to expand our customer pool.
- Collaborate with our content team , other stakeholders to move projects forward and ensure that all campaigns are in accordance with marketing and brand strategies.
- Smooth communication & regular meetings with our stakeholders , cross-functional teams.
- Create and manage PPC campaigns to ensure performance goals are met year round.
- Create email lifecycle marketing strategy, trigger and promotional emails; ongoing efforts to merge CRM database detail segmentation.
Requirements:
- 5-7yrs of prior experience as a performance marketing expert or a similar role.
- Bachelor's or master degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in either of Google Marketing (Search, pMAX, VAC, NCA, Demand Gen) or Meta Marketing (Advantage+ Shopping, Other ads)
- Outstanding communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of analytics & SEO tools (Google Search Console, Meta Ads,)
- Excellent in working with a team of seasoned professionals.
- Perform well under pressure and come out with a solution orientation mind.
- Strong ability to synthesise complex concepts into easily understandable strategies.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in ecommerce marketing.
- Ability to analyse & interpret data from various sources to make informed decisions.
- Candidates from ecommerce, marketing agencies, online fashion retail, fmgc, ecommerce, apps, internet are preferred.
