Experience:- 8 to 12 Years

Key Responsibility Areas:

- Lean Manufacturing: Implement and sustain lean manufacturing principles to streamline production processes and eliminate waste.

- TPM & OEE: Monitor and enhance Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices and OEE metrics to optimize equipment performance and availability.

- Analytical Skills: Utilize analytical skills to assess production data, identify trends, and drive data-driven decision-making.

- Problem Solving: Address production issues promptly through effective problem-solving techniques and root cause analysis.

- Defect Reduction: Implement strategies to reduce defects, ensuring high-quality standards and minimal rework.

- Productivity Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and output.

- Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the production team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
