Responsibilities:
- Develop, lead, and implement retail talent programs aligned with xxxxx's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify talent needs and create talent development strategies.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery of talent programs within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program success.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of HR professionals involved in talent acquisition and development.
Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience in HR & TA, with a focus on talent program management.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities with experience working across various levels of an organization.
- Previous experience in the retail industry is preferred, but other relevant industries will be considered.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of influencing key decision-makers.
