Job responsibilities :

- Identify potential opportunities by conducting market research and competitive analysis

- Engage with various departments to gather insights, problem-solve and define strategy/ solutions

- Dig deeper into problems to design innovative and practical solutions

- Collaborate with senior leadership to socialize, develop and refine strategic plans/initiatives

- Drive implementation of strategic initiatives along with various cross-functional teams, ensuring timely execution and delivery as well as impact

Minimum Qualifications :

- MBA & Bachelor degree from Tier 1 Colleges (IIMs, ISBs, IITs etc.)

- 1-6 yrs of experience in Management consulting or in Strategy Office in a start-up environment

Key Skills :

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges

- Excellent communication skills, comfortable in working in cross-functional team set-up

- Ability to work independently and execute multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with practicality and effectiveness

- Passion for building something great - looking for working in a start-up environment.

- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis (e.g., Excel, etc.)
