Product Manager - Notebook - Commercial Business
Position Description:
- Product management role of Notebook products for India/ SA region
Reporting to the Commercial Product Head, the PM will be responsible for the day-to-day success of all outcomes in the following areas:
- Product Life Cycle (PLC) Management
- Financial & Growth goals
- Pricing
- Supply Planning
- Product Development
- Tactical Execution
- Customer Experience
- The PM will interact regularly with our WW and regional Product and Pricing teams and employ your superior communication skills with the Segment leaders and their Sales team members, our Global Supply chain teams, Logistics, Finance and operations to analyze problems by using past experience and good judgment in order to develop solutions to resolve problems.
- PM is the central focal point for the Commercial suite of Notebooks and will help the sales team develop the understanding of the technical positioning of products to the customers to gain a strong competitive advantage.
- Engages with key customers to drive technology positioning of Lenovo products and help ensure a good Customer experience.
Position Requirements:
- Ambitious: High on passion to Win, succeed and grow
- Proven Product background in PC/ Server/ Networking/ COTS Software Products for at least 4 years
- Technology enthusiast with a strong solution acumen
- Superior cross functional teaming skills
- Strong Integrity
- Good direct sales exposure in Enterprise/ Government segments for at least 2 years
- Superior communication & influencing skills; a team player & a leader
- Strong in Advanced Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint. Adept in development of Business cases and product positioning Presentations
MBA/PGDM from Tier 1 college
