Brand Journey & Growth Planning:
- Strategize & develop annual, half-yearly, quarterly & monthly Marketing/Brand planning calendar and ensures timely completion of all deliverables
- Design new & out of the box research-based brand funnel to create brand identity & deliver Brand vision, reach, awareness & brand growth via insight-driven marketing
- Establish brand standards/guidelines & effectively optimize all marketing initiatives (ATL/BTL) to drive cost effective ROI
- Develop local and hyperlocal strategies for executing brand engagement through various offline, online, electronic and other marketing vehicles for new/existing markets aimed at communicating our brand message & influencing consumer behavior
Brand Positioning & Communication:
- Create & develop brand awareness & increase brand value and equity
- Shape, communicate & align company's vision, mission & brand strategy internally across relevant stakeholders
- Develop brand PR strategy and effectively communicate our brand narratives across trade shows and major industry-related events/platforms
- Interacting with & building relationships with Influencers, journalists and media outlets for brand promotion and image enhancement
- Oversee the design/production of creative assets, advertisements, promotional materials, mail campaigns & all other related materials according to annual calendar
- Lead & assist creative development of retail packaging & in-store marketing displays to motivate the target audience to take action
Market & Consumer Research
- Conduct regular brand research studies to analyze brand performance in terms of perception, value, positioning, health, loyalty, etc.
- Analyze consumer behavior feedback from sales, vendors, partners & other channels (Online & Offline) to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation in brand development as well as other promotional initiatives
- Monitor publicity, media usage, market trends and competitors activities in terms of branding
Social Media Management
- Be the central owner of all the brand assets across all digital & offline channels
- Oversee, handle & improve all social media accounts and ensure brand consistency, right brand portrayal & online reputation
- Develop our social media strategy to effectively communicate/position our brand, build consumer community & grow social media presence/traction
Tracking & Reviewing ROI/Budget
- Assess & report ROI, KPIs & performance of all new/ongoing marketing campaigns/events across key markets
- Establish & maintain yearly, half-yearly, quarterly & month brand budgets, its performance and trend analysis
Team Management
- Collaborating with different teams/departments such as marketing, creative, legal, etc. for specific strategies/actions.
- Work closely with 3rd party vendors/agencies to manage brand marketing campaigns & other brand related activities
- Lead team members for developing creative guidelines and directing creative work for different campaigns & brand initiatives
Desired Candidate Profile
- The incumbent have completed Full-time MBA/PGDBM from top MBA institutes (preferably - IIM A/B/C, SP JAIN, XLRI, MDI) and should have 5+ years of relevant relevant experience, Preferably in FMCG.
- Ability to analyze large amounts of data and identifying trends
- Experience of interacting with Cross Functional teams to develop sharp Consumer Communication briefs
- Ability to think critically and creatively
