Minimum Qualification : Full time MBA from Top B School OR First attempt CA

Job Description :Strategy and Planning: - Design and execute the annual planning process - Goal settings and OKR development
- Long-term planning and budgeting (with Finance function)
- Working with various teams to research, build plans, roadmaps, and targets for specific business initiatives
Business initiatives:- Execution Partner with various teams to drive execution of specific initiatives (ex: pricing, packaging, manpower etc)
- Program Management and cross-functional alignment
- Drive implementation and ensure follow-through
Operations:- Cadences - MBR, QBR, Annual Reviews
- Communication to leadership
- Business Performance Measurements (Metrics and KPIs)
- Analytics and Business Intelligence
- Process excellence - define, identify, evaluate, and improve core processes and systems
Detailed Roles and Responsibilities:- Define and drive key business initiatives across the company
- Design + execute the planning process
- Guide goal and OKR development, process for goal setting for all personnel
- Conduct yearly planning to set and refine the long-term strategy and determine appropriate OKRs and growth goals for the year
- Business cases + strategic roadmap
- Work with Finance to define long-term targets
- Work with Finance for budget as experts on strategic roadmap
- Complement and support teams on specific initiatives (pricing and packaging, product analytics)
- Have a pulse of the business through metrics
- Business Intelligence + data capabilities
- Customer Research to drive product and GTM decisions
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to crystallize problem statements and solutions; and program manage the execution.
- Define and evaluate core processes and systems, identify improvements, define, and measure outcomes.
- Deeply understand the business health and key performance metrics
- Deep dive regularly into data and metrics to identify root cause issues and opportunities and follow through with productive insights
- Translate recommendations to results by delivering on action plans and project/program managing as needed
- Communicate findings / progress to multi-functional teams, senior leadership
