Required Candidate profile:

- Minimum Qualification : Full time MBA from Top B School (Top 5 IIMs or Top 5 B Schools apart from IIMs)

- Preferred Qualification : Full time MBA from Top B School + CA

- Should have experience in strategic planning and analysis, marketing/market research, competitive intelligence, and corporate business development.

- proven ability to generate new outlooks of the business.

- Vast knowledge of the business risk parameters in order to determine implications for the business and implement measures for risk mitigation.

- Should have an overall business acumen and solid financial grounding.

- A proven and successful track record of developing and driving growth initiatives and identifying business opportunities in order to develop strategies that capitalize on those opportunities.

- Proficient in MS excel & Other MIS tools, Knowledge of Power BI will be added advantage.

Job Description:

- Provide strategic and analytical assistance to management through various dashboards to Facilitate and Support decision making

- Design & maintain various business dashboards, tracking important KPIs

- Drive & Lead projects in the areas of strategic focus in collaboration with senior management

- Drive Business Analytics at corporate level including macro & microenvironment tracking

- Detailed SWOT analysis and provide a detailed business plan for short term and long-term sustainability

- Active involvement in preparing annual business plan.

- Driving revenues through strategic alliances and partnership (Aggregators)

- Competitor benchmarking, Pricing strategies, Controlling discount burn

- Organize Business Performance Review Meetings on periodic basis

- Financial health analysis, MIS, Budgeting

- Analyze business and operational performance and highlight performance issues

- Data Analytics

- Business performance & Cost effective initiatives

- Competitor analysis, Market Research, Consumer insights

- Key project management
