At Lendingkart we are looking for strong leaders who can build Tech-driven scalable and sustainable businesses. We have developed digital assets/platforms - i.e. xlr8 (Distribution), cred8 (Credit), 2gthr(Capital), collec10 (Collections) - that helps automate end to end digital lending. These are being offered as a service to other lenders and financial institutions for all types of secured and unsecured lending.
The ideal candidate will be incharge of building and scaling the xlr8 - pan India distribution platform spanning multitude lending products including personal loans, HL/LAP, Gold loan etc.
Some high level things you would own but not limited to:
- Refine and strengthen the value proposition of LendingKart Platforms (xlr8, cred8, 2gthr, collec10)
- Expedite onboarding of new Partners on the platform - drive alignment of business goals, alignment of policy/process/legal/technical integration and commercials
- Responsible for Sales/Business volumes with each partner and ensuring scale up of partnerships. Lead a team of Managers & below as part of Partner success. Build strong Operations and Tech-enabled business processes for driving the xlr8 business
- Achieve business target as assigned by the organization on monthly basis including new partner onboarding and disbursements
- Driving key relationship with Partners at multiple levels - senior and junior, ensuring smooth flow and managing escalations. Driving integration on all aspects of the strategic partnership across Credit, Operations, Risk Management, Technology and Product
- Monitoring and ensuring implementation of key projects in line with the business objectives
- Maintain and track reporting MIS and share information with the Leadership.
- Ensure all tasks, deliverables and documentation are created with the highest level of accuracy.
- Develop business processes to ensure operational efficiency and profitability
