LendingKart - Assistant Manager/Senior Manager - Treasury/Corporate Finance/MIS

- Preparing all MIS reports and presentations with respect to borrowings (capital market deck, Board note, borrowing summary, etc.)

- Preparing all MIS reports and presentations with respect to Co-lending

- Liaison with internal teams for collating data requirement of lenders

- Monitoring all financial / non-financial covenants under financing agreements

- Track all internal and external limits and escalate breaches to management.

- Prepare monthly stock statement report

- Liaison with internal, external and regulatory auditors to ensure that no observations are raised.

- Sharing the required information with respect to Borrowings - like new sanctions, fresh drawdowns, repayments, interest calculations, FD details, unutilized lines, month end balances, etc.
