About Role : The Senior Sales Manager leads and grows the sales team for LenDenClub, India's largest peer-to-peer lending platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in digital sales in the wealth domain and a deep understanding of the fintech industry. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for setting and managing sales goals, developing and executing sales strategies, and building and managing a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities :

- Set and manage sales goals for the team

- Develop and execute sales strategies

- Build and manage a high-performing sales team

- Identify and qualify leads

- Generate sales opportunities

- Close sales deals

- Provide training and development to the sales team

- Monitor and track sales performance

- Represent the company to prospective and existing customers

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in digital sales

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to build and manage high-performing teams

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong customer focus

- Experience with wealth tech or fintech products in the investment space
