About the Role

LenDenClub is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing team. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and analyze performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement performance marketing strategies and campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Brand & Marketing, Product, and Data Analytics, to define marketing objectives, target audience, and performance goals.

3. Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, such as SEM, SEO, display advertising, social media, email, and other relevant platforms.

4. Conduct a thorough analysis of performance marketing campaigns, interpret data, and provide actionable insights to optimize performance, drive ROI, and achieve business objectives.

5. Monitor and report on key performance metrics, providing regular updates and recommendations to stakeholders.

6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

7. Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing page designs that drive performance.

8. Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, vendors, and platforms to ensure efficient and effective execution of performance marketing campaigns.

9. Stay compliant with all relevant regulations, policies, and guidelines, applicable data protection laws.

10. Understanding of attribution models with exposure to MMP like Adjust, AppsFlyer, etc.

11. Hands-on experience on UAC campaigns and Firebase.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

2. Proven experience (4-6 years) in performance marketing, preferably in the financial services or e-commerce industry.

3. Strong knowledge of performance marketing channels and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.

4. Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEM, SEO, display advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, and web analytics.

5. Experience in data-driven marketing, with a strong ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and optimize campaigns for performance.

6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

7. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

8. Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to drive initiatives and deliver measurable results.

9. Ability to work independently.
