About the Role:
The role requires appointing channel partners (IFAs and Distributors) and driving investment product sales across geographies across your target area
Job Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for but not limited to the following-
- Recruitment of channel partners
- Providing training for Business Development
- Preparing business plans and strategies to develop the business of channel partner
- Planning different activities with channel partners to increase their productivity
- Accompanying IFA on HNI/UHNI client meetings.
- Addressing and spreading awareness regarding P2P lending in group client meets.
- Solving distributor's queries.
- To own and deliver organizational targets given on time to time
- Following the internal sales process
- Comply with all rules and regulations of the company as well as following industry norms.
Key Skills required:
- Business Development and Channel management skills
- People-oriented, outgoing individual that earns a high degree of loyalty with staff and channel partners
- Good understanding of Mutual fund distribution and how the industry works
- Eagerness to work with start-up and problem solving skills
