Responsibilities & Duties Instructions
- Lead a team of sales professionals to promote and sell investment products to clients
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Train and mentor sales team to improve sales performance and achieve targets
- Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify new sales opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of investment products and services
- Connect with Existing Investors for service and make them aware of existing portfolio performance, ongoing offers if any, understanding the potential of Investors for further pitch.
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in sales of investment products, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets (Added advantage if worked with startups in Alternate Investment Platform)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
