Job requirements:

- Master's degree in finance, business, or a related field. Advanced degrees (MBA, CFA) are preferred.

- Proven experience in investor relations and finance

- Strong financial analysis skills and understanding of fintech/nbfc markets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in investor relations.

- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.

- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.

Communication:

- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and its investors.

- Develop and implement communication strategies to keep investors informed about the company's performance, financial results, and strategic initiatives.

- Organize and conduct investor meetings, presentations, and conference calls.

Relationship Building:

- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential investors.

- Address investor inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

- Proactively engage with investors to understand their expectations and priorities.

Financial Reporting:

- Work closely with the finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to investors.

- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, earnings releases, and other relevant documents.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and ensure the company's investor relations activities comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

- Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings related to investor relations.

Market Intelligence:

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics that may impact the company's performance and investor sentiment.

- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market intelligence.

Shareholder Services:


- Coordinate shareholder meetings, proxy statements, and other related activities.

- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with corporate governance standards.

Investor Events:

- Plan and organize investor events, roadshows, and conferences to enhance the company's visibility within the investment community.

Investor Feedback Analysis:

- Analyze investor feedback and sentiment to provide valuable insights to the executive team.

- Collaborate with internal teams to address any concerns or areas for improvement identified through investor feedback.
