Job Responsibilities:
- Set and manage sales goals for the team
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in digital sales
- Proven track record scaling businesses in the finance industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to build and manage high-performing teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer focus
- Experience with wealthtech or fintech products in investment space
Additional Requirement:
- The ideal candidate will be based in Mumbai, India.
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- The candidate must have a strong understanding of the Indian financial market.
- Must have experience selling Mutual Fund, Fixed Income, other investment products
- Experience working with HNI / uHNI customers
- Existing portfolio of investors
