Summary:
- The Head of Sales is responsible for leading and growing the direct sales team for the investment / lending department at LenDenClub, India's largest peer-to-peer lending platform.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in digital sales in the wealth domain, as well as a deep understanding of the fintech industry.
- The Head of Sales will be responsible for setting and managing sales goals, developing and executing sales strategies, and building and managing a high-performing sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Set and manage sales goals for the team.
- Develop and execute sales strategies.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Identify and qualify leads.
- Generate sales opportunities.
- Close sales deals.
- Provide training and development to the sales team.
- Monitor and track sales performance.
- Represent the company to prospective and existing customers.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in digital sales.
- Proven track record scaling businesses in the finance industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer focus.
- Experience with wealthtech or fintech products in investment space.
