Area Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets, with a primary focus on AMC sales.

- Territory Management: Effectively manage a defined sales territory, identifying potential clients and building a strong customer base.

- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Business Development: Actively seek out new business opportunities, conducting market research, attending industry events, and networking to generate leads.

- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits of AMC services and addressing their specific requirements.

- Negotiation: Conduct effective negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and close deals.

- Sales Team Management: (If applicable) Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support.

- Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, accurately tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.

- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing their concerns promptly and effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven track record in B2B sales, with experience in the AMC or related industry.

- Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
