We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to manage and grow our affiliate marketing programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in affiliate marketing, with 5+ years of experience, and be well-versed in MMP platforms such as Adjust/AppsFlyer. This role involves working closely with affiliates to optimize performance, manage relationships, and ensure effective tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic and revenue.

- Identify and recruit new affiliates to join our program.

- Maintain relationships with existing affiliates and partners.

- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

- Utilize MMP platforms (Adjust, AppsFlyer, etc.) for tracking, reporting, and optimizing affiliate campaigns.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.

- Negotiate and manage contracts and commission structures for affiliates.

- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to enhance affiliate marketing efforts.

- Provide regular reports on affiliate performance, including ROI and KPIs.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing.

- Strong knowledge of MMP platforms such as Adjust and AppsFlyer.

- Proven track record of managing successful affiliate programs.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
