The L.E.K. Capability Network (LCN) is an integrated part of L.E.K. Consulting, collaborating closely with consulting teams in L.E.K.'s worldwide network of offices to support them on their toughest and most impactful assignments.

Position Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Sr. Specialist is a key strategic role within our organization, responsible for managing the full-cycle of the recruitment process for both campus and lateral hires. The TA Sr. Specialist will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders from business and talent team to drive effective and efficient hiring strategies. This role will involve developing and executing recruitment plans, identifying talent needs, and ensuring a seamless hiring process that aligns with our organizational goals.

In addition to managing end-to-end recruitment processes, the TA Sr. Specialist will build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, recruitment agencies, and industry networks to attract top talent. You will also advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices and contribute to enhancing our employer brand.

This position will be based in our Gurgaon office.

Major Responsibilities:

The major responsibilities will focus upon, but may not be limited to, the following activities:

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for both campus and lateral hiring, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

- Campus Recruitment: Develop and implement strategies for engaging with educational institutions, managing campus recruitment events, and building a strong talent pipeline from universities and colleges. Manage the entire campus outreach and engagement program for the year.

- Lateral Hiring: Identify and attract experienced professionals for lateral positions, ensuring a thorough understanding of job requirements and candidate qualifications.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership, hiring managers, and the Talent team to understand hiring needs, create job descriptions, and define selection criteria.

- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and engage potential candidates.

- Recruitment Strategies: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and campaigns to attract top talent and enhance the company's employer brand.

- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and recruitment activities.

- Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality, to inform strategic decisions.

- Operations: Experience in managing recruitment operations, including maintaining accurate documentation (such as background checks, payslips, NDAs), and ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards. Ability to maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and tweak policies as necessary .

Candidate Qualification

- Educational Background: An undergraduate degree/bachelor's is required. A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.

- Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on campus and lateral hiring within a professional services or management consulting firm. Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment operations is essential. Preference to candidates from consulting

- Business Acumen: Proven understanding of business concepts and their practical applications in recruitment and talent management.

- Process Management: Excellent process management skills with a demonstrated can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile in handling the complete recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding.

- Team Orientation: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization, including core services, new hires, and global leadership teams.

- Communication Skills: Effective written and oral communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate recruitment strategies and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

- Technical Proficiency: Expert skills in PowerPoint and Excel. Willingness and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and software, including applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.

- Passion for Recruitment: An established network within the industry, including connections with educational institutions, recruitment agencies, and potential candidates, is highly desirable. A strong passion for identifying and engaging top talent, with a commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
