Key Responsibilities:

Slide Preparation & Executive Level-Communication:

- Develop and present clear and compelling slideware to communicate strategy, project updates, and analytical insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.

- Break down complex technical information into clear, concise, and visually appealing presentations for diverse audiences.

- Reviewing slide formatting for quality control, making layouts consistent and in line with L.E.K. brand standards.

Data Analysis & Insights:

- Conduct analytical analysis to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making within IT.

- Use data to identify trends, improve operational efficiency, and guide project prioritization and resource allocation.

Change Management Leadership:

- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of change management initiatives within IT, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.

- Develop and implement tailored change management strategies to support the adoption of new processes and systems.

- Work with project teams to assess the impact of changes and create effective communication and training plans.

Strategic Development and Execution:

- Able to undertake primary and secondary research to support the development of the IT Strategy.

- Assist in developing and refining the IT Strategy to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

- Support the implementation and operationalization of the IT strategy by ralworking closely with relevant teams to translate strategic goals into actionable plans.

PMO for Strategic Projects:

- Act as the PMO lead for key strategic IT initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the strategic goals.

- Establish project governance frameworks and processes to track and monitor the progress of IT strategic initiatives.

- Provide oversight on project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management for key IT projects.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery and resolve any roadblocks that may impact strategic objectives.

Team Output:

- Oversee the delivery of high-quality outputs from the IT Strategy team, ensuring that project deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.

- Drive collaboration across the Global IT team to create cohesive outputs that support the execution of IT Strategy and change management initiatives.

- Help develop new tools/processes/best practices within IT Strategy to mature the function and help the team to scale (e.g. leveraging automation and continual improvement opportunities).

- Your key accountabilities will include such other duties and tasks as allocated to you at the discretion of management.

Key Requirements:

- 5-6 years of experience in change management, IT strategy, project management, or related fields.

- Excellent presentation (slideware) and communication skills, with the ability to distil complex information for senior stakeholders.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel.

- Proven experience in leading strategic projects and managing PMO functions within an IT environment.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct data-driven decision-making.

- Demonstrated ability to operationalize strategic initiatives and drive cross-functional collaboration.

- Strong experience with business analysis, including process analysis.

- Ability to work on multiple tasks and activities at once and flexibility to reprioritize.

- Able to work closely with others to deliver outcomes, and on own initiative.

- High attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

- A graduate degree / MBA from a top-tier institution is preferred.

- Experience in IT-related change management or PMO roles, particularly within strategic projects.

- Familiarity and certification in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2).

- Experience working in consulting, IT strategy, or technology-driven organizations.

- Experience in portfolio management and benefits tracking are desirable.
