Requirements & Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Content Creation
- Develop & execute a tight social media strategy across platforms aligning with business goals and brand voice.
- Community management
- Engagement with followers, fostering a better experience for followers and visitors on social media.
- Create a LehLah community for creators. Organise & attend events.
- Hands on experience with onground engagement activities.
- Build the community of creators and shoppers for LehLah.
- Track Performance
- Engagement & Following
- KPI's aligned for on Social Media.
- Insights and deeper understanding for growth socially & digitally
- Brand Voice
- Engagement strategy for new vs seasoned users via Whatsapp, app notifications
- Copy writing for the above
- Monitor trends and keep up with it.
- Collaborations & promotions to increase awareness.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the e-commerce or digital marketing space.
- Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) and their respective audiences.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Well versed with Data and basics of powerpoint & excel.
- Preferable:
- Experience in Social Commerce / E-Commerce Brands
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Experience in video editing and production.
