KPI's:

- Create a robust process for sourcing products for creators.

- Managing returns and assuring 80% recovery

- Leading a team efficiently to execute this D2D.

- Manage best-selling catalogues & inventories and make sure there is no lag in creators receiving the correct products.

- Doing a sense of matchmaking (Creators X Ideal brand)

- Order Placing to order Return (Creating policies and limitations for creators using a credit system.

Requirements:

- Supply Chain Experience (3-5 Years)

- Experience in E-Commerce / D2C Brands

- Well Versed with Excel and product

- Worked on backend management of inventories and stock.

- Leadership

- Communication and execution skills
