This individual will be leading the Creator team and all streams under it, namely - Acquisition, Retention & Management of Creators.
Requirements & Key Responsibilities:
- Aligning with Monthly targets and assigning the same to the team.
- Breaking down the targets and tracking
- Overall strategy and analysis of the growth metrics.

- Activation for creators
- Problem solving for multiple layered issues and solving them efficiently.
- Provide regular reports on growth metrics and present insights to the senior leadership team.
- Create robust processes for the team to drive efficiency and get better results and outputs.
- Be proficient with data study to make calls and action points for the team executing.
- Set Targets for the team and help them achieve the same.
- Lead a team of 15+ talented folks.
- Make decisions backed by data and present to the central strategy team.
- Collaborate for strategy with different verticals to drive various functions directly related to retention.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience of E-Commerce / Growth Consulting
- Problem Solver
- Thrives with leadership
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau).
- Proven track record of driving significant growth in a similar role.
- Advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus.
- Experience with product-led growth.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and advertising platforms.
- Familiarity with customer lifecycle management.
- Basic Understanding of UX/UI principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Familiarity with growth hacking techniques and best practices.
- Experience with A/B testing and other experiment-driven growth methodologies.
