Gone are the days of Engineers and doctors, 2024 is the age of influencers! Creators are now leading product discovery and influencing customer purchase decisions like never before. More than 30% of India's population are on Social Media and creators are now reaching celeb status.
One of the biggest problems faced by creators today is retaining their authentic voice. LehLah is enabling creators to make money on Social Media by retaining their authentic voice through affiliate marketing. Creators can choose and recommend products they love to their followers without waiting for branded collaborations. LehLah has partnered with top brands like Myntra, Meesho, Ajio, Flipkart etc. which comprise >90% of Fashion e-commerce space. Creators earn commission on sale of any of the products from these brand.
As LehLah Creator Community Engagement Manager, you would be responsible to drive community engagement among our budding content creators and keep them motivated in their influencer journey.
You would be the right fit for this role if you have the below qualities: -
1. Strong verbal communication in Hindi and English
2. Demonstrated quality of Empathy
3. Thrive in community gatherings and extroverted
4. Prior experience with any of the Social Media Platforms like Meta, YouTube, Snapchat etc.
5. Should have worked with creators before in any capacity
6. Well versed with inner-workings of Social Media Algorithms
7. Should have been on the organizing team for creator-centric events/ should be managing creators who attend such events in bulk
8. Expertise with MS Office
9. Have a problem solver attitude and take ownership of the situation
10. Should be a team player
11. Experience with Stakeholder Management
12. Preferably a creator himself/herself
13. Should have worked with a social media platform before. (preferred and not compulsory)
Key responsibilities:
1. Lead LehLah Community Engagement Channels across WhatsApp, Instagram
2. Own monthly Posting Conversion Goals for the newly acquired creators
3. Plan out regular offline and online creator catch-up events, brand pop-ups for nano, micro and macro creators
4. Conduct weekly Webinars for creator education in a fun engaging manner
5. Plan out content for Webinars and drive creator masterclass
6. Strategize Contests for creator activation
7. Work with affiliate content creators on how to maximize their sales.
