Qualifications : LL.B

- It shall include minimum on continuous basis 4 years experience of handling and supervising lending transaction, drafting, finalizing and executing facility and security documents, ensuring compliances for the same,LAS,NCD,RBI,SEBI

- Functional Competencies experience and knowledge of banking and finance laws, recovery laws, land laws, laws relating to mortgage and pledge specifically

- Companies Act, TP Act, CPC, Contract Act, SEBI and RBI Regulations, DRT, SARFAESI LAS,NCD,RBI,SEBI

- Drafting facility,Security documents etc.
