- Review of Title Report issued by the Legal vendor pertaining to the properties offered as security by the client across various verticals like Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, Corporate Finance etc.

- Analysis whether the property can be mortgaged and highlight the risk if any involved.

- Inform the mitigants if any

- To check if all the documents required for the security perfection are available.

- To vet original documents provided for the security perfection.

- To draft the Memorandum of Deposit of title Deed , Declaration, Mortgage Deed, Indemnity, letters etc.

- Vetting of the mortgage documents provided by other lenders in case of Multiple Banking/Consortium.

- Advice on the stamp duty ,execution and registration

- Assist the Business and the credit team in a complete transaction from the start to end.
