Legal Role - Litigation - Real Estate - LLB

1) The candidate we are looking for should have experience in litigation.

2) He should be aware of Land Laws in Maharashtra.

3) He should be aware of Revenue Litigation and Litigation drafting.

4) He should be aware of Revenue documents like - 7/12 extract, Mutation entries, Form 8A, Form 6C, etc.

Qualification: LLB

Experience : 5 to 10 years

Location: Dombivali

- Conducting legal research to analyze and interpret laws, regulations, and legal precedents relevant to a case.

- Drafting legal documents, such as complaints, answers, motions, and briefs.

- Assisting with the preparation and filing of legal pleadings, including managing deadlines and court filings.

- Gathering and organizing evidence, including conducting interviews, obtaining documents, and engaging in discovery processes.

- Representing clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and arbitrations.

- Presenting oral arguments and advocating on behalf of clients during court appearances.

- Negotiating settlements or participating in alternative dispute resolution methods to resolve legal disputes.

- Providing legal advice and guidance to clients regarding litigation risks and strategies.

- Collaborating with internal teams, co-counsel, and experts to build and strengthen legal cases.

- Keeping abreast of legal developments, case law, and changes in regulations that may impact ongoing litigation.
