Legal Housing Finance

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 2- 4 yrs

Principal Responsibilities:

- General Advising : Advising Business and other Functions on various legal issues faced by them during their day to day work in consultation with Team Leader

- Review of Credit Committee Notes : Review the Credit Committee Proposals / notes and give comments on the same.

- Review and finalize Term Sheet - Review and finalize the term sheets for construction funding transactions.

- Negotiations - Review, negotiate and finalize the transaction documents in consultation with Team Leaders.

- Statutory and Regulatory Updates & analysis on a daily basis

- Due Diligence, Pre-closing, Closing, Post-closing Compliances : Review of property documents and title search reports

- Knowledge sharing : Conducting training sessions for the Business and other Teams for sharing knowledge on various legal aspect;

- Litigation : Review and follow up with recovery team wrt progress of outstanding litigation and liaise with and manage external lawyers.
