Legal Professional - Contract Management - LLB

- The candidate should have the relevant experience of Reviewing of Government tenders, Request for Proposals,. EOIs, etc.

- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and finalization of commercial contracts both from client and vendor side having specialization relating to information technology contracts such as software purchase, software licensing agreements, SaaS, PaaS, system integration, application management services, reselling agreements, teaming agreements, go to market arrangements, strategic outsourcing, etc.

- Adept in drafting of internal policies, standard templates, and SoPs.

- Handling general legal, compliance and risk related queries from Business Units and Support functions.

- Replying to Regulators/Clients/ Administrative bodies on various issues and notices.

- Providing advisory support to business leadership.

Work Experience: 8-10 years of working as in-house counsel.

Location: NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore.
