Legal Mutual Funds Manager - Capital Market

- Drafting and review trust deed, Wills, ESOP Scheme, other document / agreement in relation to Succession Planning and ESOP/ EWT

- Reviewing, vetting and drafting of Company agreements such as NDA, Referral agreements

- Research - Provide elaborate legal research on estate planning, family law & tax queries and ESOP

- Research on regulatory compliance, taxation, remittances & FEMA related queries

- Compliance, Risk management/mitigation and adherence to system and processes

Other Responsibilities - Sporadic reconciliatory duties and responsibilities as company may deem necessary

- Must be a B.B.A/B.A. LLB

- Relevant computer skills and communication skills

- Minimum 3+ years of in-house legal experience.

- Preferable with Trustee/Private Banking/Wealth Management Industry

- Knowledge of Indian Trusts Act, 1882

- Strong drafting and execution skills

- Orientation towards research, fact-finding, analysis and interpretation

- Basic understanding of following topics

- Family & Succession Laws; Corporate Laws Estate Planning trends domestic & globally Employee Trust Structures

- Strong communication skills - speaking, reading, writing
