Legal Manager, Retail Firm

Job Description :

- Drafting and finalizing agreements related to retail activities like Lease, Leave & License, Warehouse Agreements.

- Draft Commercial Contracts, Service Provider Agreements, Marketing Agreements, Bond's, etc.

- Scrutinize the various documents and release reports for further process.

- Advising business development team in various legal issues

- Drafting Notices and reply's on various issues.

- Dealing with various Advocates and Solicitors for negotiation of agreements/contracts and/or briefing of the cases/complaints.

- Co-ordinate with all Government Authorities for various issues

- Co-ordinate with all other internal department for smooth functioning

- All other day to day legal activities

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Law graduates/Post Graduates (from a reputed institute)

- 5 to 9 years of work experience with a reputed organisation.

- Individuals with prior experience in Legal Department of a reputed organisation

- Candidates willing to work in Mumbai.

- Candidates from any industry/ reputed law firm willing to work in retail industry.

- Excellent communication skills
