Job Title - Legal Manager
Qualification - LLB
Experience - 2 to 3 Years
General Description of the Job :
- To review and negotiate terms and conditions and ensure quality checks for the agreement drafts.
- To handle contracts independently and deal with legal compliances.
- Drafting of various processes and standardization of templates.
- Attend proceeding pending with Courts & other courts related matters.
- Giving legal opinions/advice on all legal matters to the Management.
- Maintaining status report for all the legal matters.
- Coordination with external counsels for advisory and related matters.
Role & Responsibilities :
- To manage the corporate legal support activities
- To undertake legal structuring of transactions and relationships and advise business operations on legal and compliance issues.
- To maintain MIS of all notices related to litigations and status of the cases and submitting analytical reports to senior management from time to time.
Candidates from General Insurance companies would be preferred.
