Position: Manager Legal for a leading financial Services Company in Mumbai

Location: Mumbai

Industry Preference: Law Firms ONLY

Experience:

4+ years posy qualification exp. In Non-Litigation

Qualification: LLB/LLM

Job Role:

1. Finalisation of agreements relating to various transactions

2. Review of existing agreements

3. Standardisation and benchmarking

4. Should be conversant with financial services sector

5. Should be able to finalize distribution, custody, R&T agreements

6. Should be able to review a transaction relating to real estate, such as investment, leasing etc.

7. Should be able to bring to table best practices

8. Need to have the maturity to handle the function by himself / herself.

9. Good communication skills, required for interacting with internal and external stake holders
