Legal Manager - ISDA Agreements - LLB/LLM - Investment Bank

Looking to hire Law professional for one of the leading Investment bank client

Location : Bangalore

Experience required : 7-12 Yrs

Qualification : LLB/ LLM

Following is the Job description :

- Should be a Law graduate with minimum of 5-8 years (in similar activities with leading Banks or Financial Institutions)

- Exposure towards European/Asian market

- Sound knowledge of Contract Law

- Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating International Commercial Contracts and Agreements, especially ISDA Master Agreement, Global Master Repurchase Agreement, Global Master Stock Lending Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements and Non Disclosure Agreements.
