Legal Manager - FMCG

Executive Hiring is looking for a Legal Manager - Female for a large MNC FMCG, based at Mumbai.

The Incumbent -

A FEMALE, with a Degree in Law from one of the Premiere Law Colleges and who has :

- Experience in Legal Function in a FMCG ( preferably from Food ) Industry for at least 8 years

- Highly worked on Food Safety Standards Act, 2006, Legal Metrology Act, 2009, Advertising Laws, Competition Law and other related legislations.

- Been handling all discussion on Claims challenges in various Regulatory Forums like ASCI, FSSAI or any court of law.

- Been ensuring compliances on laws relating to Digital Media like Data Privacy, IPR etc.

- Been interacting with the chamber of Commerce like FICCI and CII along with Regulatory colleagues on any changes in FSSAI, LM or any other law impacting the Foods business.
