Key competencies (knowledge/experience) :
- Legal Professional having 7 years of post-qualification experience on employment law related matters for the Company.
- Ability to advise the Company on various matters concerning employment law like provident fund, ESIC, workmen compensation act etc. and also on compliances concerning employment law.
- Ability to advise on issues concerning employment laws in Client audits.
- Must having worked in cross functional projects with different departments in the company will be an added advantage
- Exposure in reviewing series of contractual documentation including Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, NDA, Subcontractor Agreement, Change Order, Amendments, Proposals, Sub-contractor flow down, etc
- Soft skills good spoken and written English. Ability to generate reports and make power-point presentations.
- Good understanding of the contracting life cycle
- Extremely strong verbal and written English communication skills.
