Job Description:
- Drafting, vetting and negotiating contracts viz., Master Services Agreements, Consultancy Agreements, Vendor Contracts, Procurement Contracts, Software Licensing Agreements, AMC etc.,
- Drafting legal documents, notices, letters, agreements, contracts, MOU, LOI, NDAs, Internal guidelines, policies, etc.,
- Advise internal clients on various business and operational requirements
- Support Manager in all legal matters for ensuring that all the Legal processes of the organization are successfully implemented. "
- Proficiency in Drafting and Negotiating Contracts
Good knowledge on Contract & Corporate and Labour Laws, and knowledge of Legal Risk Management
- Dealing with Complexity, Exceptional written, verbal, interpersonal and analytical skills, ability to multi-task and consistently deliver high quality work, business friendly and service oriented mindset, team player and consensus builder, attention to details, application of mind, able to work with minimal supervision
Other Details:
1. Qualification : LLB is a must, LLM is advantageous
2. Range of exp. : 7-8 years of pure legal corporate exp, post qualification (practice will not be counted as exp)
3. Candidate should have sound & strong exp into legal contract drafting, negotiation & reviewing
4. This is a people manager role with 2 reportees & he/she would be reporting into Head - Legal (AVP
