Legal/Litigation Professional - LLB/LLM - Media

Required: LLB / LLM with 12 - 15 years of work experience in the areas of Litigation and Advisory services in both Agency and In-House will be considered as the perfect fit.

The Role -

The candidate will help manage the development of the company's legal strategy. The candidate will also be responsible for timely legal advice and guidance to the management

a. Responsible for advising on IPR, Information Technology, Media & competition laws.

b. Coordinating and strategizing with external lawyers across the country for all litigations (civil and criminal), dispute resolution process and specialized topics

c. Advise on risk, compliance, litigious and regulatory matters.

d. Interpretation of laws and regulations and advising on their applicability

e. Strategizing and formulating litigation strategy in line with commercial objectives of the company

h. Strong communication skills and good command of English (both oral and written) and the ability to interface with people across all levels of the organization.
